Neat, nicely renovated traditional Algarve farmhouse in walled garden with 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 with bunk beds) and on edge of Gorjoes village about 5km from Santa Barbara de Nexe and nearest shops and restaurants

Open views over countryside with other houses dotted about. Portuguese farmers as neighbours but house is quite private and secure and with walls and gates is suitable for children. Good terrace in front of house with sun furniture, covered barbecue, pool about 10x5m and garage (can be used as such or with side folding doors open as covered play/eating area). Washing machine and utility cupboard in garage and extra WC at side

Inside: living/dining room with woodburner, satellite TV, video and CD player. Off living room extra WC and first double bedroom ensuite shower room with fitted wardrobes. Through arch to kitchen with dining area off which to left children's bedroom with twin bunks, wardrobe and to right second double bedroom with fitted wardrobes ensuite bathroom. Kitchen has gas/electric hob, built-under over, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and ample storage

Linen (except beach/pool towels) provided. Maid service twice per week and weekly linen change. Preferred arrival Saturday 1600, depart 1000. Other days by arrangement
